The new Amarok presents itself with powerful contours in a completely revised Volkswagen design. With a longer wheelbase that provides an increased approach angle for improved off-road capability. The Amarok comes with numerous highlights, such as modern “IQ.Light” LED matrix headlights*, embossed tailgate, with newly designed styling bars and steps.
A powerful, charismatic exterior then meets a high-quality interior with a modern and digitalised cockpit plus 12” Infotainment screen and wireless mobile charging.
The New PanAmericana.

The New Amarok Aventura.
The power you need with the elegance you want. That’s the Amarok Aventura. With large 20″ alloy wheels, body coloured sports bar, and chrome accents including steps, mirrors, door handles, and rear bumper.
Driving the Amarok Aventura means driving premium with an interior that sets the benchmark. With ambient lighting, a premium Harman Kardon sound system and modern driver assistance systems such as the Intelligent Speed Assist, Area View camera and advanced Park Assist to complete the overall concept.
This is Off-road.
The new Amarok is 5,350 mm long – 96 mm longer than its predecessor. A wheelbase of 3,270 mm corresponds to an increase of 173 mm – this means more space in the crew cab. But as the wheelbase grows, body overhangs decrease. And that means: hello approach angle, hello better off-road capability. Choose your drive preference from selectable all-wheel drive and permanent all-wheel drive. From the refined body, chassis, and dimensions to the significantly greater wading depth, everything here is trimmed for off-road capability.
This is Performance.
The All-New Amarok proves that refinement and comfort needs no sacrifice for the everyday workhorse. With a range of 2.0 to 3.0 litre diesel engines available, including a powerful V6, the Amarok is just as suited to hauling heavy loads as it is hitting off-road tracks. And with up to a 3.5-tonne braked towing capacity as standard across the range you can tackle any task with confidence.
This is Safety.
The new Amarok comes with more than 30 assistance systems, over 20 of which are completely new on board the Amarok. With clever technology, such as Blind Spot Monitoring, Lane Keep Assist and Adaptative Cruise Control. Plus, you can rely on a full complement of airbags – including a center airbag, knee airbag and standard curtain airbag – for comprehensive protection in the event of a collision.
This is Comfort.
The All-New Amarok has been reimagined from the ground up, but still exudes unmistakable Volkswagen DNA. Ten centimetres longer than its predecessor, wider and with an expanded wheelbase, the All-New Amarok cabin offers more legroom – and extra comfort.
